Research Manager, Asia Pacific, Mintel Food & Drink
Jodie is a Global Food Trends Analyst and in this role she focuses on a range of food and drink categories including biscuits, cookies and crackers, pasta, rice and noodles, tea, RTD tea and snack bars.
Jodie joined Mintel in 2012 as a Global Food Trends Analyst based in Mintel’s Sydney office. As part of the food and drink team Jodie works with Mintel’s global clients, helping them stay abreast of the latest product and consumer trends, and providing forward-thinking ideas to help them stay ahead of their competitors.
During her career she has worked in sales, marketing and market research roles for a number of local Australian as well as global CPG companies, including Unilever and Nestle. She has managed major brands in the confectionery, meal solutions, wine and dairy categories. Additionally Jodie has hands on experience in a range of marketing activities and has developed and implemented strategy, communication, NPD and research projects.
As part of her current role Jodie publishes regular insight pieces on her specialist categories – snack bars, tea and RTD tea, biscuits and crackers, pasta, rice and noodles. She is also regularly engaged working on projects for Mintel clients as well as contributing to industry magazines and websites.
Jodie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree from the University of New South Wales and a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
