* Early bird discount and group discount cannot be selected at the same time.
* Normal Ticket:
a. You are entitled to attend 3 days forum and visit the exhibition area, with CEO forum excluded.
b. Registration fee includes tea break, simultaneous interpreting service, complete conference materials. Accommodation, meals and transportation are not included.
* The meal ticket is ¥600 / piece, including a 3 days buffet lunch. Depending on your needs, you can purchase it at the time of registration.

1. Early Bird Ticket Discount
Early bird discount is only valid if the payment is completed before the mentioned deadline.
2. Group Ticket Discounts
a. Group ticket discount is only available for participants coming from a company or a group. If the number of group participants is 5 or more, the group can enjoy a 30% discount. If the number is 10 or more, then it’s a 40% discount.
b. In case the number of group participants reaches the requirement of group discounts but the registrations are not in one shot, the amount which was paid before reaching the requirement should be just as it was, while the later payment can enjoy the corresponding discount. Any payment shall be finished within 5 working days to complete the registration. Otherwise, you need register once again.
(For example, a company bought 3 tickets for the first time and completed the payment. Later, the company bought another 2 tickets. In this situation, only the subsequent 2 tickets can enjoy a 30% discount.
c. Early bird ticket and group discounts cannot be selected at the same time.
Please note the name of the delegate and the conference when making the payment. You are supposed to complete the payment within 5 business days after signing up and the organizer reserves the right to reject any unpaid customers.
4. Sign In
The sign-in QR code will be sent to you by email and SMS after you have successfully registered. Please check and save it. Before your meeting starts, you can sign in and get a participating card by exchanging your QR code and business card.
5. Usage of Participating Card
The participating card is the only certificate for admission during the conference. The card will be given at the time of sign-in. Please bring it with you after you get it and save it properly. You are not allowed to transfer it to others.
6. Modify & Transfer
If you have already signed up and want to modify your personal information, please log in to your "Personal Center" to modify it;
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge
If you wish to keep your seat, you may choose to credit the full value of your registration towards a future event or other types of meetings organized by our company.
Cancellations announced two months before the conference will be entitled with 50% refund. Otherwise, there’s no refund. However, a complete set of meeting documents will be sent to you by e-mail. In the event that Simba Events cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of the contract fee paid. Alternatively, you may choose to credit the full value of your registration towards a future event or other meetings Simba Events organizes.
8. Conference Language
The conference languages are English and Mandarin, and simultaneous interpretation will be provided during all sessions.
The personal information you submitted here is only used for making participating cards, issuing necessary notices and introducing multilateral cooperation. Otherwise, all your personal data will be kept confidential.
Simba Events reserves the right to alter the contents or time of the agenda, although it rarely happens. Simba Events is not responsible for any change, cancellation or delay of the contents, or time of the agenda due to force majeure. Changes regarding the agenda and speaker information will be updated on the website or otherwise notified to all participants timely.
